We respect your audience and your data. Lettuce.Stream only collects the information needed to keep your account secure, deliver live and scheduled broadcasts, and improve reliability across platforms.
Lettuce Space account setup. Your display name, optional birthday or age range, model-improvement preference, and setup progress are stored privately with your account so setup and settings stay consistent across signed-in devices. Your birthday is editable in Profile settings. It is not included in shared chats, general chat sync, AI prompts, advertising, or model-training data. The optional model-improvement choice starts off, is available only for adults, and can be changed in Data controls. This version records that preference; it does not collect conversations, Health data, photos, files, or call recordings for model training.
Data is used to deliver your requested services, monitor reliability, and sync schedules, chat, and overlays. Optional website analytics and ad measurement are described below and require your permission in this browser.
Connecting Apple Health in the Lettuce Space iPhone app requires your permission. Reading Health on your phone and sharing summaries with your other signed-in devices are separate choices. Desktop sharing starts only after you select metrics and explicitly approve storing their daily summaries in your Lettuce account.
With the current sharing consent, the server keeps one snapshot containing up to 30 calendar days across your selected metrics, with at most 600 daily entries. Earlier seven-day sharing connections remain readable and require your approval before upgrading. Each successful sync replaces the previous shared snapshot. It remains until replaced or removed. The iPhone app can request hourly background delivery from Apple Health after you enable sharing. iOS controls delivery; device locking, network availability, power restrictions, or force quitting can delay it. Opening the app also refreshes the connection. The last-sync time shows when the server last received summaries.
Background updates use a revocable credential stored in this iPhone's Keychain. The server stores only its hash, with a maximum 90-day lifetime. It can replace only the selected Health summary snapshot; it cannot read Health data, access chats, or act as your account login. Reconnecting renews it. Ask Health uses your permitted daily summaries on the device to answer totals, averages, latest readings, and recorded trends; it does not send Health data to an AI provider or add it to ordinary chats.
In Health in Lettuce Space, choose Stop sharing and delete synced summaries to remove the shared readings and end that phone connection. Later uploads from the stopped connection are rejected. Your original Apple Health data is unchanged. Snapshots you explicitly saved on a device are separate and remain after sharing stops; delete those copies in Saved health on each device or clear that device's site data. You can also change Apple Health permissions in the Health app on your iPhone.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement require your permission. Use Privacy choices on this Product to change or withdraw it. Visiting the shared policy does not change choices stored on this Product's domain.
